Business and Life Science veteran, strategist and entrepreneur. 25+ years in the commercial space with leadership roles at Novartis, BMS, Reliant Pharmaceuticals, Axtria, Grant Thornton, EY (Ernest & Young), and CustomerInsights.ai. Christian has worked in finance, marketing, market research, commercial operations, sales, advertising, analytics and consulting for the Life Science industry for the last 30+/- years. He holds an undergrad degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (BA) and 2 Master’s degrees (MIM & MBA) from Thunderbird- School of Global Management – Glendale, AZ.
Dheeraj is a senior strategy executive and serial entrepreneur with extensive global experience and expertise in launching new ventures and innovative products and services within fast-paced, emerging markets. He was formerly a Partner at EY, the Head of Business Design at IDEO, and a Venture Director at Innosight Ventures, which was founded by the late Professor Clayton Christensen of the Harvard Business School. He is also the founder of several companies including a boutique consulting firm he sold to EY in 2017 and of an award-winning digital financial services firm called Arogya Finance. Dheeraj holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
